Dr. Saarang Hansraj is a consultant ophthalmologist at Mansarovar Eye Hospital. He specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology with a special interest and expertise in medical and surgical retina and uveitis. He is also involved in cataract surgeries.
He is trained in treating conditions such as retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, ocular trauma as well as infections such as endophthalmitis and ocular tuberculosis. His research publications include work in central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) and diabetic retinopathy, which have been published in international journals such as the American Journal of Ophthalmology and the Indian Journal of Ophthalmology.
